We had somewhere else all lined up. The day before we were to arrive, (mind you we were in Virginia when we heard the news) I get an email saying sorry, have to cancel. That's it. Freaking out, searching on line, freaking out, I finally found Sparefoot. I believe his name was Omar. He was the absolute BEST. He was patient, listened to what I was actually saying instead of just some stock answers, and in the end found Secure Space at an amazing price. Check in went great and we are so pleased with the facility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

He walked me to my unit and answered all of my questions along the way. He was so kind & attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable accessing my unit and had a handcart to transport my items.
